This is our most tightly controlled category, and deliberately so. Supply is conditional: we verify the buyer's licence before the first order, we buy only from distributors and principals whose own credentials we have checked, and every consignment travels with its registration and batch documentation.
Because of that control, this category moves at the pace of the paperwork rather than the pace of the order. We would rather tell a buyer that a licence check is outstanding than release goods that cannot be traced later.
